How the work is done
What happens on a visit
We wait for dry plaster
Fresh skim is not washed. If the wall is still dark and damp, we say so and come back when the plasterer says it is ready.
Floors are last
High frames, glass, and radiators first. Washing a floor while dust is still sitting above it is why a clean looks failed the next morning.
We name the jobs we refuse
Asbestos, lead-paint stripping, rubble and a skip, roof washing, and a weekly office contract are not booked as a builders clean.
