An exterior construction clean takes render splashes, frame marks, sill dust, and the path the barrow used. It is the outside of the building after the work, not a roof clean, a driveway resurfacing, or a jet wash sold as a full builders clean. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. When this visit is the right one
After scaffold is down, or while you can still reach the frames safely if the quote includes that access. Washing render while it is fresh can scar it. We follow the same rule as plaster: dry and cured first.
Paths and patio next to the works
Mortar, plaster droppings, and dust. Not a new slab or a tarmac repair.
Low render and brick splashes
Spots and runs. Not a full chemical facade restoration.

How the work is done
Method
Lift mortar nibs and paint spots by hand where a machine would scar the surface. Then a controlled wash on paths and sills. New render is tested in a small patch before any chemical is used.
What you are looking at
Mortar on the brick by the mixer, white runs on the sill, and a grey path where the boards were.
What changes the quote
Cost
The front of a house with a path is a different job from all elevations plus a filthy site entrance. Access is the other half of the price: a terraced street with nowhere to stand is slower than a driveway. Photos of each elevation you want done are enough to quote.
After the visit
Aftercare, DIY, and what makes the dust return
Aftercare
Leave new render alone until it has cured. Do not blast it with a hobby pressure washer the same week. Paint spots inside the glass are the window service, not this one.
DIY or book it
A path can be swept and rinsed. Mortar on brick and paint on powder-coated frames are where DIY grinders and harsh chemicals stain the finish. If a test patch changes the colour, stop.
What fails again
Splashes do not return unless more work happens. A white bloom on new render can be salts drying out, which a wash will not permanently remove in one go. We will say if that is what we are looking at.

Do you jet wash the whole house?
We wash what the surface can take. We do not blast new render or cut the mortar out of old brick.
Is the inside included?
No. Interior builders cleaning is a separate quote. The two can be booked together.
Can you clean the roof?
No. Roofs, solar panels, and chimney stacks are outside this service.
When can new render be cleaned?
After it has cured. Washing it green marks it. Ask the renderer for the cure time and put that date in the form.
