Emulsion on glass, tiles, and uPVC
The common one. Most splashes lift if the surface can take a blade or a solvent.

Dust
Paint and residue removal lifts emulsion splashes, plaster blobs, adhesive, and silicone smears left by decorators and fitters. It is spot removal, not a repaint, and not a promise that every mark will vanish. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Fresh emulsion wipes. Fully cured spots need a scraper on suitable surfaces. Tell us how long ago they painted. The same week is easier than six months later.

Slower. A shadow can remain on porous stone or untreated timber.
Foam is cut back and the film cleaned. It is not sanded off a painted wall.
Included, and what we will not do
How the work is done
Test a small patch. Soften or lift. Wipe the residue away rather than spreading it. If the test damages the finish, that area is left and written on the note you get at the end.
Raised dots on glass, a skin of paint on a tap, and grey adhesive where a protective film was pulled too late.
What changes the quote
A few panes are included in a builders clean. A whole house where every frame has been flicked with emulsion is priced as this job, because it is slow. Send photos of the worst frame and one typical one.
After the visit
Do not attack a leftover spot with a pan scourer. If we have left a mark because removal would damage the surface, a decorator’s touch-up is the next step, not a harder cleaner.
A fresh drip on glass often comes off with warm water the same day. A razor is reasonable on plain glass if there is no grit under it. On uPVC and baths, blades and scourers cut the finish. That is the DIY limit.
Removed paint does not come back. New flecks mean the decorator returned. A dull patch that shows in sunlight can be etched silicone or a coating, which cleaning will not rebuild.

Often, with a plastic blade and a solvent test. If the plastic marks, we stop on that frame.
Smears usually do. A thick cured bead that was meant to be the seal is not scraped out. That is a reseal, which we do not do.
No. If a splash is actually on the decorative paint and cannot be lifted cleanly, it needs a decorator.
Ordinary spots in the rooms we are cleaning, yes. A house-wide paint-flick job is quoted as this service so the time is honest.
Tell us the rooms, what the trades have just finished, and when you need the site. Photos help.
