How a cleaning quote is agreed

A form request is not a booking

A quote depends on the property, the stage of the build, and the clean you ask for. Sending the form or a WhatsApp note is a request for a quote, not a confirmed booking.

Describe the dust, the rooms, and anything that must stay protected. The visit is agreed in writing after we have that picture.

Builders cleans, sparkle cleans, and exterior washes are different jobs. The quote names which one you are booking.
