A final sparkle clean is the presentation visit after the builders clean and after snagging paint: glass, inside units, appliances, and floors, for keys, photos, or move-in. When this visit is the right one
Book it for the day after the last decorator, or the morning of a handover if the builders clean has already happened and no one will sand again. If the plot is still white with dust, you need the builders clean first.
Sale or listing photos
Glass and worktops that will be shot against the light. We need the rooms empty enough to work.
After snagging
Touch-up paint creates new dots. The sparkle is sized for that, not for a second full plaster clean.

How the work is done
Method
We assume the heavy dust is already gone. The pass is glass, chrome, inside units, then floors. Anything that is still a builders’ mess is stopped and requoted rather than rushed into a sparkle.
What you are looking at
The house looks clean until the sun hits the glass, or the wardrobe still has sawdust in the runner. That is a sparkle problem, not a reason to redo every wall.
What changes the quote
Cost
A sparkle on a flat that has already had a builders clean is the smaller figure. Adding it to a house that was never builders-cleaned means we are pricing both. Handover day with a hard deadline is planned in, not squeezed for free.

Aftercare, DIY, and what makes the dust return
Aftercare
Walk in with clean shoes. Do not open dusty boxes in a finished room. If a snagging painter returns after us, those patches need a wipe, which is a short recall only if we agreed that risk.
DIY or book it
If the builders clean was done properly, a careful household clean can be enough for a family move-in. For a developer handover or photos, the misses are usually labels, the top of the screen, and the inside of the oven door. That is the professional sparkle.
What fails again
A sparkle lasts until the room is used or someone makes dust. It is not a coating. Book it close to the handover, not two weeks before a decorator comes back.

What is the difference between a builders clean and a sparkle clean?
The builders clean removes construction dust and debris. The sparkle is the finished detail once that dust is gone and the touch-up paint is dry.
Can I book only the sparkle?
Yes, if a proper builders clean has already been done. If we arrive to plaster dust, we will say so before we start a sparkle we cannot finish.
How close to move-in should it be?
As close as you can while leaving the floors time to dry. The same morning as the removal van is tight if the rooms are not empty.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Film, the outside, and the obvious factory dust, yes. A burnt-on oven clean is only included when the quote says so.
