Construction cleaning, by the job

Each service is a different visit. A builders clean is not a sparkle, and plaster dust is not a floor seal. Open the one that matches the site.

Builders Clean

Interior

Builders Clean

A builders clean is the first full clean after the dusty trades have finished: plaster dust, stickers, paint spots, and the debris left on floors. Book it when sanding and cutting have stopped, not while a plasterer is still skimming. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

After Renovation Cleaning

Interior

After Renovation Cleaning

After-renovation cleaning is for a home that is being lived in while one part of it is rebuilt: an extension, a kitchen, or a bathroom. The dust does not stay in the room where the work happened. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Dust & Debris Removal

Dust

Dust & Debris Removal

Dust and debris removal is the diagnosis visit: what the dust is, where it is hiding, and whether a wipe will smear it. Plaster dust, sawdust, and tile-cutting grit are not the same mess. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Floor Deep Cleaning

Surfaces

Floor Deep Cleaning

Floor deep cleaning after building work lifts plaster film, grout haze, screed dust, and the sticky residue under protective sheets. It is not a sand-and-seal, and it is not a carpet shampoo sold as a builders clean. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Window & Glass Cleaning

Surfaces

Window & Glass Cleaning

Window and glass cleaning after building work is paint dots, plaster spots, labels, and silicone smears on glass, mirrors, and shower screens. It is not a six-weekly domestic window round, and it is not abseiling. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Kitchen & Bathroom Detailing

Interior

Kitchen & Bathroom Detailing

Kitchen and bathroom detailing takes compound, cement, stickers, and silicone smears off new sanitaryware, taps, worktops, and splashbacks. It is the wet rooms after a fit-out, not a whole-house builders clean. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Paint & Residue Removal

Dust

Paint & Residue Removal

Paint and residue removal lifts emulsion splashes, plaster blobs, adhesive, and silicone smears left by decorators and fitters. It is spot removal, not a repaint, and not a promise that every mark will vanish. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Final Sparkle Cleaning

Interior

Final Sparkle Cleaning

A final sparkle clean is the presentation visit after the builders clean and after snagging paint: glass, inside units, appliances, and floors, for keys, photos, or move-in. It is not the visit that removes a house full of plaster dust. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Commercial Fit-Out Clean

Interior

Commercial Fit-Out Clean

A commercial fit-out clean is for an office, shop, or shell after the contractors leave and before staff come in. It deals with fit-out dust, film on glass, and floors, including the bits a daily office cleaner is not hired to do. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

New-Build Handover Clean

Interior

New-Build Handover Clean

A new-build handover clean is the plot clean before keys: stickers, film, plaster dust, and the WC and kitchen the buyer will inspect. Developers book it per plot. Buyers book it when the house they are collecting is not actually clean. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Plaster Dust Removal

Dust

Plaster Dust Removal

Plaster dust removal is the fine white dust after skimming or sanding. It is cleaned dry first, and only after the plaster is dry enough that a wipe will not polish or mark the skim. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Exterior Construction Clean

Surfaces

Exterior Construction Clean

An exterior construction clean takes render splashes, frame marks, sill dust, and the path the barrow used. It is the outside of the building after the work, not a roof clean, a driveway resurfacing, or a jet wash sold as a full builders clean. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Questions before you book

Cost, sparkle versus builders clean, plaster dust, and the jobs we do not take.

Get a quote ↗
How much does a builders clean cost?

We do not publish a flat rate. A quote uses the room count, whether the dust is light decoration or a full re-skim, how much glass and paint spotting there is, and if you need a second sparkle visit. Stairs, parking, and a flat with no lift change the time. Send photos and the postcode on the form and we price that property, not a generic house.

What is the difference between a builders clean and a sparkle clean?

The builders clean takes construction dust, stickers, and debris once the dusty trades have finished. The sparkle clean is the later detail for glass, units, and floors, after snagging paint. Booking only a sparkle on a house that is still white with plaster dust does not work.

Can I remove plaster dust myself?

One room, with a vacuum that traps fine dust, is reasonable. A household machine that blows dust out of the exhaust makes it worse. A whole house after skimming usually fails at radiators, tracks, and the tops of door linings.

Why does dust come back after the clean?

Plaster dust does not grow back. It falls later from radiators and tracks, or someone sands again. We clean those hiding places. If a decorator returns after us, that new dust is a new visit.

What will you not do?

We do not remove asbestos, strip lead paint, hire a skip, repaint, reseal showers, sand floors, jet-wash roofs, or provide a weekly office clean. Light offcuts on the floor leave with the clean. A plot still full of plasterboard needs clearance first.

How quickly can you arrive?

Where the diary is open we can attend the same week, including a handover date. Same-day depends on what is already booked and whether the plaster is actually dry.

Do you clean large construction sites?

Yes. Houses, plots, and fit-outs are all quoted from the area and the stage of the work. A live site with saws still running is not a finished clean.

Can you work on weekends?

Yes. Handovers and fit-outs often fall on a weekend. Put the date in the form.

How the visit runs

How a visit runs

  1. Step 01

    Photos and a room count

We quote from the dust, the glass, and the access.

  2. Step 02

    The right service

Builders clean, sparkle, plaster dust, glass, floors, or the outside. Not all of them on every site.

  3. Step 03

    Floors last

High surfaces first, so the floor is not dirty again before it dries.
