Shell and core
Open floors, builders’ dust, and temporary protection. Less furniture, more metres.

Interior
A commercial fit-out clean is for an office, shop, or shell after the contractors leave and before staff come in. It deals with fit-out dust, film on glass, and floors, including the bits a daily office cleaner is not hired to do. We cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Send photos and a postcode on the form or WhatsApp.

Book the main clean after the dusty trades finish, and a sparkle the night before or the morning of opening if snagging is still happening. Night and weekend slots are normal because the site is often handed over on a Monday.
Open floors, builders’ dust, and temporary protection. Less furniture, more metres.
Furniture, tea points, meeting rooms, and dust in cable trays and on top of the new storage.
Stickers on the shopfront, compound in the WC, and the sales floor ready for fixtures.
Included, and what we will not do
How the work is done
Same top-down rule as a house, on a larger floor plate. We agree a zone plan so a finished bay is not used as a cut-through by contractors still on site.
White dust on a brand-new desk the first morning staff sit down, and footmarks of plaster through a reception that was mopped too early.
What changes the quote
Metres, how finished the fit-out is, WC and tea-point count, and whether we are working nights. A shell with no furniture is often faster per metre than a furnished floor with dust on every desk. We quote from plans or a walk-through. Send those on the form or WhatsApp.
After the visit
Keep contractors out of finished zones. If they must return, lay protection again. The daily cleaner can take over once the construction dust is actually gone.
A facilities team with the right vacuums can maintain a finished floor. They usually cannot recover a fit-out that was mopped while plaster dust was still falling. That is the specialist visit.
The result holds when the site is closed to dusty works. A weekend of snagging sanding means those rooms are redone. Build that into the programme rather than blaming the clean.
Send the postcode and a few photos. We quote from the rooms and the dust. Use the form or WhatsApp.
Yes. Say the handover time in the form so the quote matches the hours.
No. This is the construction clean before occupation. A weekly contract is a different service, and we do not pretend it is included.
Only if they are in the quote. Dust sitting on open ceiling tiles is a different access and time.
Dusty cutting and sanding stopped, power and water on, and a zone we will not share with a live saw.
Tell us the rooms, what the trades have just finished, and when you need the site. Photos help.
